Covid-19 Guidelines

Prior to Appointment:

  • In order to maintain a healthy environment, guests are asked to please amend their appointments if they are feeling at all unwell. 

  • Guests should ensure that, at the time of booking, they provide an up-to-date cellphone number.

Upon Arrival for Appointment:

  • You will notice that the door is locked, please wait outside or in your vehicle. Jenna will call you when she has thoroughly disinfected her station and is ready to begin your service. 

  • Jenna will come downstairs to meet you and escort you upstairs to the salon.

  • All guests will be temperature screened and asked to wash their hands prior to service.

  • Masks must be worn. Masks with ear loops are recommended and will be made available if the guest does not have one of their own. 

Upon Completion of Service

  • In order to provide the most contactless experience as possible, guests will be asked to use the self-service Square payment station.
